Our Process

We start with in-depth discovery about you, your numbers, your plans and your goals.  This phase is detailed, and some clients find it easy, others find it challenging.  We have some clients who take 2 meetings to complete and others that take 3 months. It is important to the process that this foundation is strong and complete.  We move at your pace. 

We take everything we learned about you, analyze it and project what we call your baseline situation. This gives you complete clarity about where your current situation will lead you.   We spend time walking you through the baseline and making sure you understand the assumptions and outcomes. 

This is the fun part.  If your baseline situation falls short of where you want to be, we determine which assumptions would be tolerable for you to change and build a plan for success around them.  Once we have a baseline situation that you feel comfortable with, we look at ways to optimize your outcomes.  We will discuss strategies and tactical actions that will enhance your overall plan and identify risks that may present challenges in the future along with ways mitigate those risks in what we call your proposed plan.

We compare your actual results to your proposed plan to see how you are progressing at six months and twelve months after we complete the original plan.   This validates the enhancements we recommended and lets us get in front of any areas that were not successfully implemented.
